I appreciate the efforts taken by Shri Harisuthan. Really it will be nice if representatives from all Central Government Departments contact him on 17th December at Chennai, so that further steps could be taken. I also request Shri Harisuthan to write a letter in the light of his comment and publish the same in the Blog.

On Joining duty today (07.12.2011) from my return of medical leave for 15 days on account of viral fever, I am shocked to notice a list of 56 Gr.I stenos published in the AIPSA blog as “List of Gr.I Stenos for promotion to PS cadre” and to see none from T.N. is found in the panel list of Gr.I stenos for promotion to PS cadre. What happened to this step motherly treatment to T. N? Why the senior stenos of T.N. Circle ignored and excluded in the list? Does it mean that the sufficient senior most Gr.I stenos who are on the verge of retirement and who already retired from service after putting in more than 35 years of service are juniors to most of the Gr.I stenos in the list who have not even completed 20 years of service? Date of entry in the grade may be taken as criteria in this regard. The Gradation List of TN Circle is already available with the GS. We vehemently oppose this list of partiality. The hidden things may be brought to light and a revised list of panel released including the eligible senior stenos from T.N. Circle. This issue will be raised at the CHQ CWC meeting on 17.12.2011 at Chennai as T.N. Circle senior stenos are very much agitated and experiencing much mental agony. Hope the Administration and AIPSA will take note of this and action taken for the inclusion of eligible Gr.I stenos of T.N. Circle in the list.
