Dear Comerades.
Delighted to hear the news of admission of CAT case. Awaiting for favourable decision. Eagerly awaiting All India conference. One comerade has some opinion on delegate fee. In one matter, I certainly agree and that is provision of evening snacks and dinner to the participants. But I don't agree to the delegation fee of Rs. 200 on the high side. It is our sincere request to please provide evening snacks and dinner to the participants even on expense of the delegates by the organisers. Hoping for a healthy and friendly enviornment at All India conference.

This is a right step at appropriate time. Let the AIPSA
get the support of our friends at
Directorate, who are very close to
higher ups.

Best of lucks

Though it is too late but still I welcome the decision of visiting Delhi on the issues highlighted in the blog. I do not know why our CWC remained silent for a long time over these issues. I also do not know when the All India Conference is going to be held within a couple of days, then what force made them active to make such type of roadshow.

Thanks to our leaders, at least they wake up just before the All India Conference. What I feel is that when they preferred to remain mum on those burning issues so far, they should have remain silent for some more days. To me this is nothing but an eyewash. All these will be needed to glorify the image of our leaders.

I wrote two comments regarding visit of our leaders to Delhi on 29th & 30th August. But I am surprised that those comments have not been appeared in this column. May I know why the blog master did not take any steps to publish those comments and there is no force to prevent me commenting about the activities of our leaders. Again I am asking them why they now preferred to go to Delhi, when All India Conference is knocking at the door. They were expected of doing much in the interest of our cadre, but during their tenure the leaders hardly achieved any goal, excepting filing a case before the Principal Bench of CAT.

Mr. TK Banerjee, hell with your mud-slinging comments. Did you as your C.S. why the CWC kept 'mum all these days'. How could you say that we kept mum? Does the CWC mean only the General Secretary and the Treasurer. In the tenure of 2 years, we visited Delhi for 4 times. None of the other CWC members accompanied us. We are working with CPMG and the DPS respectively in Circle Office. e too have families. We need to take care of them. Instead, e have taken interest and pursuing the issues. Do you think that we have a magical wand in our hands? First of all, let me know what is your contribution to the AIPSA except writing some nonsense on the blog? Every one demands, but no one comes forard to work for the organiation. Just mind your language before you publish like road show and eye wash.

I agree with Mr. Bannerjee. AIPSA election is to be held shortly. Visiting of our leaders at least now to discuss the long pending issue is a welcome step. At least now they awaken. Better be late then never. Hope the cadre career prospective will be bright after that.

DON’T DISAPPOINT. BE OPTIMISTIC ALWAYS.
Friend, As you know, we are hearing the slogans in our Department since last 60 years `regarding 'ED problems' ' Regularisation of GDS' ‘ Give Justice to ED Employees’ etc.etc. . Despite support by major unions and hundreds of strikes on this issue no change could be made in favour of these low paid employees. What achieved these poor GDS employees? Still these categories of staff are optimistic and sincerely worship & believe their unions with some expectations. But in our case, without making any contributions to our cadre we all were sleeping in the department till the formation of AIPSA. Even at the time formation there were certain circles who were reluctant to join AIPSA and were wasted their energy in favour of other unions who did not bother to solve any problems of Stenographers. Perhaps Mr.Banerjee or Sowri Rajan, may not also be knowing that one of the recognized postal union has written to D.G. Posts, New Delhi not give separate recognition to Stenographers Association.

What so ever it may be, my humble opinion is that it is too early to assess performance of AIPSA leaders.

Anyhow AIPSA remembers the following quote of that great man – M.K.Gandhi
‘’Throughout my life I have gained more from my critic friends than from my
admirers’’

Sir,
We have to be unite. By passing comments on one another our goal will not be achieved. We have to concentrate on our goal and to pursue the matter with the Department. Our Unity can only achieve the goal. SO BE UNITE & HOPE FOR BEST. Rajnish Kaushal, PA to SSPOs Patiala.
