Dear friends,

I happen to see this order below while browsing a site. I think the upgradation on promotional hierarchy for the stenographers cadre would be beneficial rather than the grade pay hierarch. I might be wrong, since i am out of touch with the cadre issues for 6-7 years, but it is worth looking at.

I have very limited contacts among the cadre members and hence look at you to circulate this to friends in other departments.

Apologies if this has already been discussed earlier.

regards
kannan

Dear Brothers,

I am very sorry for the delay in filing CAT Case. In spite of my sincere and best efforts I could not get the things move in the right spirit. I am totally depending on the friends, who are staying in Delhi, specially our President Mr. Ramkishan. Hitherto I was constantly in touch with Mr. G.D. Gupta, our Advocate. Every time he is dragging the issue on the one pretext or the other. Actually, I was on his back, because he has good reputation and more over, earlier, our friends have already paid him some amount. Finally, now, we have changed the Advocate, and our friends Mr. Ramkishan and others have already met Mr. Shankar Raju, who is the retired Judge of CAT, Delhi and now practicing Advocate. He has gone through our case file thoroughly and finally given time on 6th June, to finalise the case and also inform us the date of filing. Please wait few more days.

I was not writing to you because I was embarrassed of the situation. Once it is filed in the CAT, I will inform you about the hurdles we are facing for filing the case. Some of our friends have uttered that we have swallowed association money. This type of comments naturally hurts me, as we are sincerely and honestly working for the betterment of our association. We have already placed our financial statement in the website, by this; you could have judged our honesty and sincerity. Everything is transparent. Because of Advocates problems ie., one was already died (just few days before filing) and another one is dragging the matter, it is badly delayed. Our bad-luck, there are so many hurdles in filing the case; I never expected/guessed these types of hurdles.
With regards,
Ramesh AV,
General Secretary.
